Thank you for shopping with Kura Cards. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and careful handling of all orders. Please review the following policy regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and related matters.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Kura Cards reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to suspected fraud, product availability, or verification requirements.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Kura Cards offers flat-rate domestic shipping within the United States based on region: $10 (East Coast), $13 (Midwest), $14 (West Coast + Texas), and $18 (Alaska & Hawaii) per order. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary in certain situations, including but not limited to oversized orders, special shipping requests, or promotional offers. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Kura Cards currently ships within the United States using trusted carriers such as:

Carrier selection may vary depending on the order size, value, and destination.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Kura Cards is not responsible for carrier tracking delays.
5. Shipment to Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Kura Cards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Kura Cards is not liable for:

Packages marked as delivered

Damage caused during transit
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible.
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are final once shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Kura Cards is not responsible for delays caused by these events.
8. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
Products marked as pre-order will ship once inventory becomes available.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
