Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Cancellation Policy - 6% Processing Fee

You May Request a Cancellation 24 Hours Before We Ship Your Order. Cancellation Requests Sent Later May Be Missed! There is a 6% Processing Fee That Will Be Automatically Deducted From Your Refund. By Requesting a Cancellation, You Agree to These Terms.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic, factory-sealed Japanese product. We source from reputable partners and do not sell resealed items. If you ever have a concern, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of you.

Local Delivery? Do You Have a Physical Store?

Kura Cards is Online Only. We Do Not Offer Pick-Up or In-Person Delivery
