Thank you for shopping with Kura Cards. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we maintain strict policies regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold by Kura Cards are collectible items, including sealed trading card products.
All sales are final.
We do not accept:

Returns

Exchanges
-
Refund requests after shipment

Buyer’s remorse claims
-
Requests related to pull rates, card contents, or market value changes
All products are sold for collectible and entertainment purposes only.
2. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment Only)
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs charged to us when the original transaction is completed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Kura Cards is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages
-
Packages marked as delivered

Carrier delays
-
Damage caused during transit

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:

Packaging documentation

Order details
Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Minor packaging imperfections or manufacturer defects in sealed products are not considered damage. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved under limited circumstances:
