When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Kura Cards, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Please note that due to the nature of Japanese booster boxes that some may have minor flaws beyond our control. These flaws may include things such as stickers placed on outside box wrappers. Although some might have these flaws none should affect the packs or cards inside the product.
