Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or not as described, please email us at info@kuracardstcg.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Kura Cards, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart.
